I transformed a startup brewery (Night Shift Brewing) into one of New England’s top independent beverage brands - scaling it into a nationally recognized, multi-channel platform with 800+ SKUs and seven DTC locations. Exited via strategic sale, no debt.
I created a statewide distribution business (Night Shift Distributing) from the ground up, securing control of retailer relationships and the delivery of 30+ supplier brands, spanning 700,000 cases annually to 2,000 stores across MA. Exited via strategic sale, no debt.
